DN 0003 The Old Harbour, Portaferry, Co Down The old harbour at Portaferry hasn't changed at all since it was build over 100 years ago. The harbour lies in the south east part of Northern Ireland and from the NEW harbour you can get a ferry across to Strangford (My favourite part of all in County Down) And this only takes less than five minutes to cross. This photograph was taken on a very warm and sunny day, for us here in Northern Ireland, that is a very rare occasion indeed!
